Anyone in the Philippines! We focus on making international products easy to access, especially items not available locally.
Are your products authentic?
Yes! We only source genuine products directly from trusted stores and brands abroad.
How do I pre-order an item?
It’s simple:
- Go to the Pre-Order page.
- Select the item labeled Pre-Order.
- Fill out your details and pay 50% upfront. The remaining 50% is paid once the item arrives.
How long will my pre-order take to arrive?
Pre-orders are shipped once the item arrives in the Philippines. Estimated arrival times vary depending on the product and shipping.
Are pre-orders refundable?
Pre-orders are generally non-refundable since the item is sourced specifically for you. Please contact us for exceptional cases.
What does “Available On-Hand” mean?
These items are already in the Philippines and ready to ship immediately. No waiting!
How do I order in-stock items?
Simply click Add to Cart, checkout, and we’ll ship it straight to your door.
Can you get an item that isn’t listed on the website?
Yes! Contact us on our Facebook page. We may be able to source it for you. Additional fees may apply, and orders are subject to approval.
How do I submit a specific item request?
Provide the product details (brand, model, size, link, or image) through our Facebook page. We’ll check availability and confirm any fees before proceeding.
What are the payment terms for pre-orders?
Pay 50% upfront to reserve the item, and 50% upon arrival before shipping.
Are there extra fees for specific or rare items?
Some hard-to-find items may have an additional sourcing fee. We’ll confirm this before approving your request.
How long does shipping take?
For in-stock items, shipping is immediate. For pre-orders, delivery depends on arrival times from Japan or other countries.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we deliver anywhere in the Philippines.
How will I know when my order is shipped?
We’ll notify you via Facebook or email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Can I cancel or change my order?
In-stock orders can be canceled before shipping. Pre-orders and specific requests cannot be canceled once confirmed, as items are sourced for you.
