1. What is Hormiga Cart?
Hormiga Cart is a curated shopping service based mainly in Metro Manila. We help you get authentic skincare, makeup, and select lifestyle items from Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and other countries through stocking and pasabuy orders.
2. Are your products authentic?
Yes. All items are sourced directly from official brands, authorized retailers, or trusted international suppliers.
3. Do you offer ready stock or pre-orders?
We offer both.
- On-hand items: Ready to ship locally
- Pre-order items: Shipped once sourced from abroad
4. How does pasabuy work?
For pasabuy items, you simply submit your requested products. We purchase them on your behalf from overseas retailers and ship them to the Philippines.
5. How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our website checkout or submit a request form for pasabuy items. If you can’t find an item, you may message us on Facebook for assistance.
6. What are your payment terms?
We require 50% down payment (DP) and the remaining 50% upon arrival and before local shipping.
7. Do you ship nationwide?
Yes!
8. How long is the delivery time?
Delivery varies depending on sourcing location and batch schedules. Pre-order items typically take a few weeks depending on international shipping timelines.
