Pre-orders & Payment
All pre-orders require a 50% downpayment to secure your order. Once paid, orders are considered final and non-refundable. The remaining balance must be settled once items arrive and are ready for local shipping.

Sourcing & Availability
Items are sourced from official brands and verified retailers abroad. Availability is not guaranteed until purchased. In case an item becomes unavailable, you will be offered a refund or the option to pre-order on the next batch.

Pricing
Prices are based on current retail rates, exchange rates, and international shipping costs. Final pricing may vary depending on availability and supplier pricing at the time of purchase.

Shipping (International & Local)
Estimated arrival times (ETA) are subject to change due to shipping conditions, customs clearance, and other unforeseen delays.
For local delivery (Metro Manila), buyers may book their own courier or opt to have shipping arranged. Shipping fees are shouldered by the buyer and are charged on top of the product total. We also ship nationwide.

Unboxing & Returns
Please record a complete unboxing video upon receiving your order. Refunds or concerns will only be accommodated if supported by a valid unboxing video. No video, no refund.

Damages & Issues
We ensure items are packed securely. However, we are not liable for damages caused by courier mishandling. For any issues, please message us within 24 hours of receiving your order with complete proof.

Order Confirmation
After completing your payment, please message us on Facebook to confirm. Orders will only be processed once payment has been verified.

Delays & Changes
Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. We will keep you updated and appreciate your patience. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
